Located at the heart of Downtown Washington, DC, CityCenterDC will become a central destination for congregation, living and shopping, offering a unique blend of local and national retailers. This 10-acre site, bounded by 9th Street (East), H Street (South), 11th Street (West) and New York Avenue (North), sits at the crossroads of all that represents Downtown DC. Designed and merchandised to reflect the tastes and needs of Washingtonians, this project will include approximately 380,000 SF of street-oriented retail, with an emphasis on a broad range of distinctive restaurants and cafes, grocery/market foods, fashion and specialty retail. The $1 billion project will also include 680 residential units, 1 million SF of office space, 400 hotel rooms and 2,000 parking spaces, all oriented towards a series of dynamic public spaces and Downtown’s existing urban fabric.
