1 EAST PRATT STREET is situated in Downtown Baltimore’s famed Inner Harbor district, at the corner of Pratt Street and Light Street, the City’s busiest intersection. The project includes the redevelopment of 320,000 SF of office space and 21,000 SF of new, ground level, street-oriented retail.

Located at the nexus of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and Central Business District, the site neighbors some of the City’s most vibrant neighborhoods, including Federal Hill and Mount Vernon. The project sits across the street from Baltimore’s waterfront and the City’s convention center, and is surrounded by the City's largest office buildings, most prestigious hotels, Camden Yards, home of Major League Baseball's Baltimore Orioles and M&T Bank Stadium, home of the NFL's Baltimore Ravens. Highly accessible, 1 East Pratt Street is just two blocks from Interstate-95 and the region’s light rail system, and 3 blocks from the City’s metro subway system.

In February of 2009, the project welcomed the opening of Sullivan’s Steakhouse, which will soon be joined by Kona Grill.
